Turin – Juventus striker Alvaro Morata delighted after his side beat Real Madrid 2-1 in the semi-final first leg. However, Morata warned Juventus that the fight is not over.
The Juventus Stadium, the Bianconeri surprisingly El Real after Morata scored a quick goal in the eighth minute. A goal back for the visitors made Cristiano Ronaldo to mark the end of the first half as strong 1-1.
Carlos Tevez’s penalty early in the second half made the difference. Tevez successfully execute the ball from fitting 12 points for the winner Juve.
Juve will turns away to the Santiago Bernabeu a week again. Morata et al. now only requires a minimum of a draw to advance to their first final in 12 years.
“That was a great game because we won not because I scored a goal. It is a two-leg match and we should not think take this job has been completed,” said Morata told Sky Sport Italia.
“We must approach the second leg as the score was still 0-0. We have to look almost perfect. Real Madrid, for me, they are the strongest team in the world.”
