Liverpool – Tottenham Hotspur manager, Mauricio Pochettino, was disappointed with his team’s defeat of Liverpool. He considered Spurs deserved a better result than defeat.

“I am proud of the team effort and we have to look ahead. The only thing to improve on, in the first half we gave Liverpool a few chances and make mistakes. We deserve something more than this game,” he said.
This defeat makes the Lilywhites stuck in sixth with 43 points, two points adrift of Arsenal in fourth or deadline for the Champions League zone.
